Trops in the spirit of Purim

As we know, the trops are divided to 5 groups: Emperors (Keisarim), Kings (Melachim),  Mishnim,(Viceroys), Shalishim (Officers), and Meshartim (Servants)
I was curious who was the first one that came up with names for each group.
Someone told me that not necessarily it came from a Jewish source.
Therefore i thought we may need to come up with names for these group of trips from our sources:

For example:

Sof Pasuk - King Achashverosh (״המולך מהודו ועד כוש״ - He was an emperor, right?)

Etnachta - Queen Esther ( ״וישם כתר מלכות בראשה״ )

Instead of “Melachim" we can use “Partemimהפרתמים הם שרים גדולים, היו תחתיהם מדינות רבות״ - פירוש הרלב״ג למגילה)
I thought also about אחשדרפנים but it might be too hard to pronounce…

Instead of “Mishnim” - Pacho (״וְאֶ֣ל הָאֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנִֽים־וְהַפַּחוֹת֩ וְשָׂרֵ֨י הַמְּדִינ֜וֹת״)

“Shalishim" will be replced by Sarim וְשָׂרֵ֥י הַמְּדִינ֖וֹת לְפָנָֽיו״ משמע תחת כל שר מדינה אחת)

And instead of Meshartim we can use Sarisim הַסָּ֣רִיסִ֔ים הַמְשָׁ֣רְתִ֔ים אֶת־פְּנֵ֖י הַמֶּ֥לֶךְ אֲחַשְׁוֵרֽוֹשׁ״)

I am not sure if we should use it for leining Torah, but at least for the Megillah,
and in not for the entire year, then for Purim only…

I will be glad to hear about any Tikunim or ShiPurim to the above idea
